The goal was to build a system that helps both union and non-union companies manage their labor needs more effectively. This platform was designed to help companies hire contractors easily, use their resources better, and keep strong relationships with employees.

Complex Requirements: The development of a system that is compatible with both unionized and non-union companies posed a significant challenge.
Anonymity and Privacy: It was necessary to keep the names of unionized companies concealed until the contacting phase, necessitating the meticulous management of sensitive information.
Integrating Various Features: The platform was required to seamlessly integrate a variety of features, including the management of personnel, products, resumes, and job applications.
Subscription Setup: The integration of a subscription service for job postings using Stripe for secure payments was intricate and necessitated meticulous attention.
