Bliss Thai Spa (BTS) is the first mother-and-daughter Thai spa in Langley, founded by Neera and her daughter Soda. Offering traditional Thai treatments with a western flair, they wanted a website that reflected their unique story and services. Our task was to create a visually appealing, device-optimized website that kept the client’s custom design intact while enhancing usability.

- Custom Design Implementation: The client provided a custom design in a PowerPoint presentation that needed to be transformed into a user-friendly, responsive website without losing their original style.
- Booking System Integration: Needed a booking system that allowed online appointments only during non-operational hours.

Booking System Integration
Integrated and customized the Bookly booking system to be available only during specified hours. Implemented a feature that redirected users to call during operational hours, ensuring seamless appointment scheduling aligned with the spa’s preferences.
UI/UX Design
Translated the client’s PowerPoint design into a functional website, preserving the aesthetic while enhancing usability and responsiveness.
Responsive Design Implementation
Focused on ensuring the website’s optimal performance on various devices, we implemented a responsive design. This was crucial for providing a seamless experience for users on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Client Training
Post-launch, I provided training on managing the website, updating content, managing bookings, and understanding analytics to maintain the site effectively.

The new approach highlights each service with refined typography, engaging visuals, and clear pricing, making it easier for clients to explore their options. With a focus on simplicity and user experience, we also introduced a “Reserve Online” feature, streamlining the booking process and elevating the overall professionalism of the platform.
